HIGH-PROTEIN BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups rolled Oats (I processed Oats in the Nutribullet to make oat flour)
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp choc chips
- 1 scoop Metalab Chocolate
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 10 walnuts
- 15 almonds
METHOD:
1) Mix dry ingredients. 2) Add wet ingredients. 3) Once mixed, spread the batter into a buttered pan. 4) Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. 5) Enjoy with ice cream or greek yoghurt (even more protein!), add some fruit or drizzle with almond butter.
