Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps Metalab Cocoa Chocolate Iso-Bridge Protein
- 3 Tbsps flour
- 2 Tbsps unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ Tsp baking powder
- 1 Egg, room temperature
- ¼ Cup milk, or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp greek yoghurt
- ¼ Vanilla essence/extract
- 3 Tsp dark chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 1-cup ramekin with cooking spray. Alternatively, preheat your air fryer to 165°C.
- In a small bowl, mix the protein powder, flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, with a fork whisk the egg, milk, yogurt, and vanilla until well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
- Pour half of the batter into the ramekin, sprinkle the chocolate chips over it, then top with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is mostly set but still slightly soft.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy straight from the ramekin or flip onto a plate. For an extra treat, serve with a dollop of low-cal vanilla frozen yogurt.
