INGREDIENTS
2 scoops Metalab x Terbodore protein
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup brewed Terbodore Great Dane coffee, cooled
10 x Ladyfinger biscuits Cocoa powder, for dusting

METHOD
1. Combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add in the protein and mix for a few seconds.
2. Fold in the mascarpone cheese.
3. Scoop the mixture into a piping bag.
4. Brew your coffee and allow to cool slightly.
5. Dip the ladyfinger biscuits into the cooled coffee and layer them on the bottom of your little dishes.
6. Add a tablespoon of the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat for 3 layers in each dish.
7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder for an extra touch of flavour.
